Our mission: Fully electric into nature

For me, camping is not just a vacation. It is a way of life.

It is waking up in the forest, the smell of wet grass in the morning, the crackle in the evening, freedom on four wheels and the good feeling of being exactly where you want to be.

Elektro Camping was born from exactly this feeling.

I am Stefan, I come from Franconia and have been camping with my family for many years.

What started small became a real journey over time: from a simple tent to a bus and caravan, and finally to a new, very deliberate way of travelling for us – camping with an electric towing vehicle and a lighter, more sustainable setup.

We did not invent this path at a desk. We drove it. Kilometre by kilometre.

With children, a dog, weather, charging stops, doubts, setbacks and exactly the moments you never forget.

We know what it is like when an idea is first smiled at and then proves itself on the road.

We know how much planning, courage and passion go into a journey.

And we also know how big the feeling is when you realise: It works.

And it feels right.

That is exactly why Elektro Camping exists.

This platform is built from real experience, real enthusiasm and the desire to rethink camping: more sustainable, more conscious, more accessible and fit for the future.

I want to bring together people who are excited about nature, freedom and modern travel.

People who do not just find electric campers, motorhomes or suitable lightweight caravans exciting, but really want to experience them.

And landlords who want to share their vehicles with others and become part of a new camping culture.

For me, Elektro Camping is more than a rental platform. It is the connection between the joy of travelling, closeness to nature and the firm belief that mobility and camping can work differently than before.

Not louder. Not heavier. Not more wasteful. But smarter, more honest and with more feeling for what really matters outdoors.

I do this because I believe in this way of travelling. Because I want to show that adventure, family, nature and electric mobility are not contradictions.

Because I have experienced myself how much potential there is in this idea.

And because I am convinced that we are only at the beginning.

I come from real camping. Not from theory. And that is exactly why I will continue on this path.

With an open mind, curiosity, respect for nature and the firm conviction that the future of camping does not begin someday – it begins now.
